Welcome to Coffee and Conversations. We are so thankful for an opportunity to connect via ZOOM to continue to learn, grow and fellowship as we engage the Word of God. For the next two Wednesday, we will have one ZOOM discussion on @ 6:30p. To participate all you need is your Bible and a ZOOM link, which we will email or text to you. You can connect with ZOOM on your smartphone or computer.
To get the most out of these conversations we encourage you study the designated chapter ahead of time so that you are ready to contribute to the conversation. We have attached two tools to assist you as you study. The first is information on the Inductive Study Method. This method is a prominent and useful way of studying the Bible that helps readers observe the text, then interpret the text, and finally apply the text into their lives (i.e. the Observation, Interpretation, and Application framework). The second tool is an Introduction to the 1 Peter, the book we will be discussing each week. This backdrop to Philippians will offer some insight as you begin reading this epistle.
