Welcome to Church of the Nazarene
The Church of the Nazarene is a church committed to the message that we can live lives pleasing to God through His work in us. We trace our roots to an anniversary date of 1908. The Church of the Nazarene was founded to spread the message of holiness (Christlike living) across the lands. Today you will find Nazarene churches spread throughout 152 world areas.
Children's Ministries
We value children and strive to provide excellent ministries within an atmosphere of love, joy, and grace that embraces children and teaches them how to follow Jesus. Jesus places a high value upon loving and accepting children. We believe that children have much to teach us about simple trust and dependency that enable a vital relationship with God. (Matthew 18:1-6; Luke 18:15-17) *
"Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.'"
- Matthew 19:14 NIV
"A HUNDRED YEARS FROM NOW . . .it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house
I lived in, or the
kind of car I drove
. . . but the world
may be different because I was important in the
life of a child."

Kid's Cabin
Kid's Cabin is a Mid-week Ministry for Children ages K through 5 that is held each Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30pm. This is a place where kids make friends and hear about God's great truth on a level they can understand and relate to. This is a safe place to ask questions and be real. Kids are challenged to grow and begin to reach out to help a world that needs young world changers.
Sunday Mornings
Saginaw Valley has Sunday morning experiences that will help kids grow spiritually. This exciting group is for kindergartners through 5th graders and is a group kids can identify with, fit into, and be themselves! We begin with some free time (time that can be spent playing air hockey, foosball, pool, board games or just hanging out. Following "free time" we have children's church. Everyone has the opportunity to build strong friendships with each other, with our terrific volunteer staff, and most importantly, with Jesus!
